Our 14U Ospreys made program history this weekend, becoming the first Ospreys team to compete out of state—and they did it in unforgettable fashion! 🦅💙💛
On Sunday, the girls traveled to Philadelphia, PA to take on the Vanquish, who showed up dressed as Dalmatians 🐾⚾️🐶. And here’s the funny part—Philly was actually closer for most of the girls than some of the tournaments we’ve played right here in New Jersey! 😄
The team didn’t just make history by crossing state lines—they backed it up with strong, confident play across the board:
🌟 #16 Jada Watkins came up huge in the outfield with two key catches, including an incredible running snag that stopped momentum.
💥 #5 Bella Ramos was locked in behind the plate, catching two runners stealing third with clutch, heads-up pick-offs.
🔥 #13 Eva Culican led the offense with a triple and two singles, setting the tone at the plate.
💫 #8 Brianna Knights delivered with a double and two RBIs, helping fuel the team’s offensive push.
This weekend was about more than stats—it was about hard work, teamwork, confidence, and stepping into new territory together. The girls represented the SJ Ospreys Softball with pride and proved they’re ready for whatever comes next.
